Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will only be dispatched once all items in the order are available and in stock. This means that your order will be held and dispatched as a whole only when the pre-order items are ready for shipment

In-Stock Items

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we recommend placing them in separate orders. This will allow you to receive your in-stock items sooner, as they will be dispatched immediately.

Estimated Dispatch Dates

Pre-orders will be dispatched 1-2 days before release date depending on the shipping service selected. Although orders are generally delivered on release day, please note this is not guaranteed

Cancellation

You may cancel your pre-order up to 3 days before release by informing us through the chat widget or emailing us at support@romulusgames.com. Following this please refer to our standard returns policy.

Although we limit the quantity available to pre-order, allocations may sometimes be applied by the supplier beyond our control. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order, we will notify you with the option of placing the items on backorder or a full refund.
