Payment

Payments for pre-orders have a 5 day grace period. This means we will only take payment 5 days from when the order was placed or 2 weeks before release date, whichever falls first.

Payments for pre-orders within 2 weeks of release date will be taken at checkout.

Pre-orders placed using clearpay or klarna are excluded from the grace period and will be taken at checkout.

You may cancel your pre-order up to 3 days before release by informing us through the chat widget or writing to us at support@romulusgames.com. Following this please refer to our standard returns policy.

Although we try to limit the amount of items for pre-order, allocations may sometimes be applied by the supplier. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order, we will notify you with the option of placing the items on backorder or a full refund.

Shipping

All orders that include a pre-order item(s) will only be dispatched once all of the items are available. If you wish to receive in stock items sooner, please order these separately.

Pre-orders will be dispatched 1-2 days before release date depending on the shipping service selected. (Please note this does not guarantee delivery on release day)

For guaranteed delivery on release day, please select DPD Next Day. (cut-off 12pm, 2 days before release date)
