Shipping Information

Orders are shipped weekdays during our opening hours; Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for same day dispatch, however, this is not guaranteed. Additionally, orders placed after 2pm may still be eligible for same day dispatch but again, this is not guaranteed.

If you need your order despatched on the same working day, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can advise whether we would be able to fulfil it.

Orders may sometimes be dispatched on weekends but may not be processed by the courier company until the following Monday.

All orders are sent fully tracked for extra peace of mind (except low end single cards)

The delivery time estimates quoted below under "Couriers & Pricing" are based on once your order has been dispatched.

Whilst we endeavour to meet the delivery times below, these are not guaranteed as there may be factors outside of our control.

• 1 hour window confirmation on day of delivery

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries via UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. You can also use the Shipping Estimator on the cart page to view costs before completing your order.

Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and excluding any customs processing delays.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient. Please ensure you are aware of your country’s import requirements before placing an order.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to UPS due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address information, or a decision not to accept the parcel:

• The order will only be refunded once the parcel has been successfully returned to us.

• Any return shipping fees, customs handling charges, or associated costs billed to us by UPS will be deducted from your refund.
