Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and excluding any customs processing delays.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to US import duties and tariffs, which are not included in the prices shown on our website.

Due to changes in US import regulations introduced in recent years, many orders are now subject to an import tariff of approximately 10%, depending on the product and its declared value. These charges are applied by US Customs and are outside of our control.

In addition to import duties or tariffs, UPS may apply a customs disbursement or processing fee for clearing the shipment through customs. Any such charges are billed by the courier and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Import duties, tariffs, and any related courier fees are payable by the customer on delivery or prior to delivery, and must be settled before the parcel can be released.

We strongly recommend that customers consider any potential import related charges or shipping requirements before placing an order. Please note that any refused or unclaimed shipments due to unpaid import charges will be handled in accordance with our "Refused & Unclaimed Shipments" policy outlined below.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to UPS due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address information, or a decision not to accept the parcel:

• The order will only be refunded once the parcel has been successfully returned to us.

• Any return shipping fees, customs handling charges, or associated costs billed to us by UPS will be deducted from your refund.
