Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; sealed, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Resealed products such as single cards, bulks and graded cards are not eligible for returns unless received damaged in which instance the standard returns policy will apply; your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unused and in its original packaging.

Digital content and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code are not eligible for returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you change your mind, these are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service for items over £50.

Any points earned will be deducted from you points balance equalling the sum of the refund.

For International Returns surcharges and fees may apply which will be deducted from your refund. We will inform you of the estimated fees prior to the return.

Romulus Games can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed, lost or misrouted orders.

Cancellation/Amendments

You may cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund. However, if you need to cancel, amend or return your order after the time of dispatch, please refer to our standard returns policy above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

We will only exchange items if they arrive faulty, defective or damaged. As mentioned above, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if there are any issues.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Any points earned will also be deducted from you points balance equalling the sum of the refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
